// draft terms ยท reviewed 2026-07-20
Punk has not published binding online terms through this page. This draft describes the topics a service agreement should cover and routes prospective customers to a scoped contractual review.
These draft terms are informational only. They do not create an agreement, amend an existing agreement, establish an SLA, or replace advice from qualified legal counsel.
// subjects for a written agreement
Specify the purchased service, enabled features, supported deployment, provider configuration, customer responsibilities, and any documented exclusions.
Set data roles, permitted processing, retention, deletion, security responsibilities, incident coordination, and any required DPA or regulated-data terms.
Set any support, maintenance, availability, or incident-notification commitments in writing. The public status page is not an SLA.
Document fees, billing, taxes, term, renewal, suspension, and termination in the applicable order or agreement. Published product pricing does not itself create a contract.
Define permitted use, security testing, prohibited misuse, intellectual-property boundaries, and rights needed to operate the service. See the draft acceptable-use posture.
Define warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute process after legal review by the relevant parties.
